JMA awarded “Caring Company” Logo for 10 consecutive years

    In March 2022, JMA was awarded another "Caring Company" 10 Years Plus Logo by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service to praise and recognize JMA's continuous efforts to put into practice an outstanding corporate social responsibility performance more than ten years.

    Stick to the people-oriented approach, JMA has been enthusiastic about public welfare and actively participated in various charitable activities for many years.Since 2006, JMA has hold various scholarship plans with Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, strongly support Hong Chi Association and bring hope and warmth to the elderly in nursing homes and organized other caring activities which covers youth education, caring for the elderly, anti-epidemic assistance, multi-integration, carbon reduction, sustainable development and other fields. All the activities benefit the public and bring the warmth to them and also show the responsibility of the enterprise. 

    We provided a healthy working environment and varies welfares for the staff and held colorful activities and trainings.     We set up a labor union in Nanshan plant to protect employees' rights and interests, and continue to strengthen team building, and enhance employees' sense of belonging and cohesion to the enterprise. Besides, the company encourage the employees to take part in public services and take the advantage of business and profession to make contribution to the society with love and action.



About Caring Company

    Launched by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme aims to foster strategic partnerships between the business and social services sectors to promote good corporate citizenship and create a more inclusive society. The scheme also helps corporations and social services organizations to know and understand one another at a deeper level. This will create more room for working together to develop cross-sector community projects that focus on the vital needs of the community.
